"Two words that are used often to describe a style of music. Too often “modern worship” is a watered down mix of rock styles from recent years past and already written worship songs. That’s about to change.
"Coming from the heartland of America is a group that is both modern & worship. The members of “good-bye audio” cut their teeth in the Christian music scene before feeling a call into worship ministry and are now prepared to change the way people feel about worship.
"Chris Shandrow attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO for three years before deciding to play music full time. He then played guitar for Myrrh recording artist Miss Angie’s band, and was the lead singer of Pamplin Record’s The Frantics. Chris has toured with Johnny Q. Public, Guardian, Sixpence None The Richer, Believable Picnic, Petra, Bleach, and Stereo Deluxx. Chris currently leads worship for Chi Alpha Ministries, a college ministry serving Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University. Jimmy Wise toured with Miss Angie as well playing bass. From there Jimmy went to work in youth ministry as worship director for Cornerstone Youth Center, as well as leading worship for XYM ministries in Normal IL. The husband and wife team of Louis and Stacy Lux made up the Organic Records band “Stereo Deluxx”. With Stereo Deluxx they traveled around the country ministering to youth in music with such bands as skillet, pax 21, code of ethics, and jeni varnadaeu , while also scoring a top 5 single on the charts. Louis and Stacey currently oversee a Generation X service at their local church in Decatur, IL.
"This band has fashioned a style that is original and goes beyond stereotypical musical boundaries. Their self-titled debut is a breath of fresh air in an industry that’s in need of such a thing…"
