The book of Daniel was first written in two languages.
Lots of famous stories are in Daniel, including Daniel in the lion’s den and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego escaping the fiery furnace.
The name Jesus used for himself ‘the Son of Man’ comes from the book of Daniel.
Daniel also prophesied lots about the future. Some of what he prophesied has already happened, some is still in the future.
